Charterresenärers motivationsfaktorer : Charter från Jönköping Airport till Gran Canaria hösten 2013

Fokus i uppsatsen kommer primärt att ligga på charterturismen och resenärers motivationsfaktorer. Det centrala blir vad om styr människor när de konsumerar resor, det undersöks för att skapa en förståelse och dra paralleller till befintliga teorier och kunskaper. Genom att göra en nutida analys kommer vi att ta upp vad tidigare forskning säger om charter och vad Jönköping Airports resenärer säger om motivationen till charter, hösten 2013. Det finns mycket material från tidigare forskning som behandlar olika motivationsfaktorer när det gäller resor rent generellt men inte specifikt kopplat till charter. Därför är det ett område som är intressant att uppmärksamma.

By doing so, we can get an idea of where the market is moving towards the future. This knowledge is essential for market participants to establish appropriate strategies that follow market trends.Method: We have used qualitative interviews with people involved in the charter industry.Result & Conclusions: The market is characterized by an increase in Internet orientation, where the travel directory and the physical travel agents are becoming less important. The understanding of climate impacts of travel has increased. More people of the third-generation buy package travels and countries in North Africa and Asia are growing in popularity.We believe the market in the coming years will be characterized by lower prices and lower quality.

In the world of today, crises and crisis situations are inevitable parts of an organization?s everyday life and it is important for the organization to be prepared for these crises. The organization and its employees have to be in a constant state of alert and they should also have an organized plan for what they will do when (not if) the crisis occurs. The charter tour industry has during a long period of time been active in the global market. They serve thousands of travellers every day and it is the responsibility of the companies within the industry to make sure that their customers are safe and that crises can be prevented, or at least be handled.

AbstractThis essay has as its purpose to discuss the current legal regulation of the concept of humanitarian intervention. The inconsistencies in the debate over the legal status of this concept, and the legal uncertainty it brings to the acts of states and the lives of their nationals is a motivating factor for the writing of this essay. However, it has been clear from the outset that the concept of humanitarian intervention is intricately connected to political and moral ideas and values. Thus, the attitude taken towards this doctrine will be highly dependent on the perspectives of the state, government or single author representing it.Following this starting point, the aim of this essay is not to present a single answer as to whether humanitarian intervention is, or is not, legal, but to research, compare and analyze the different arguments put forward in this subject in international law today. Hopefully, this will provide the reader of this essay with some insight into the sources of international law of today and how the principles of state sovereignty, non-intervention, the prohibition of force and the protection of human rights relate to the concept of humanitarian intervention.A frank overview of the UN Charter does not support use of force except in the case of self-defence or without a Security Council mandate.

The travel agencies exist on a market that is distinguished by increasing competition. A majority of the travel agencies offer different services that all satisfie the same customer need. However,one major difference in the market aspect is the service quality, this making it an important mean of competition. There are several acknowledged methods of measurement when it comes to service quality and it is important to use an instrument that takes into consideration the fact that charter tours is a complex merger of several services. Charter : Om varumärkets betydelse för konsumenten

Uppsatsen syfte är att söka klargöra hur stor betydelse charterbolagens varumärken har för konsumenten vid valet av charterbolag. Jag har använt mig av teorier rörande varumärkets betydelse ur ett konsumentperspektiv, konsumentbeteende samt marknadskommunikation som sedan applicerats på empirin. Empirin består av sju kvalitativa intervjuer varav tre varit personliga intervjuer och de resterande fyra har varit telefonintervjuer. Slutsatsen är att varumärket inte är av överordnad betydelse för mina respondenter vid valet av charterbolag. Respondenternas varumärkeskännedom om de största aktörerna är, med vissa undantag, god.

This master's thesis analyses the concept of equality between men and women in parts ofRegion Västra Götaland's area of operation. With critical policy analysis I analyse how theproblem of inequality is represented in the European charter for equality of women and men inlocal life (CEMR) and the Region Västra Götaland's plan of action for the charter. Throughinterviews with people responsible for gender equality in different areas I analyse, withdiscourse theory, the ways in which the concept of gender equality is articulated in differentareas of Region Västra Götaland, and what kind of politics these articulations enables.In the analysis I show that a discursive struggle of how equality is to be defined canbetter be understood as a discursive negotiation. Equality between men and women isunderstood in several ways at the same time, as antidiscrimination and basic human rights, asbalance between the sexes, and as an approach critical of norms and stereotypes. Within thesenegotiations certain understandings of gender are made possible or impossible.

Afrikanska stadgan - En komparativ studie om "The African Charter on Human and Peoples Rights"

Jag har valt att studera uppkomsten av The African Charter On Human and Peoples Rights. Mitt huvudsyfte är att se vilken roll Afrikas historia har spelat för utformandet av den afrikanska stadgan för mänskliga rättigheter och vid sidan av detta även ta reda på om stadgan är effektiv. Jag har också valt att göra en jämförelse med Europakonventionen för att se vad som skiljer de två regionala systemen för mänskliga rättigheter åt. Jag har sökt information, granskat och tolkat det jag läst med hjälp av rättsvetenskaplig metod och en kvalitativ textanalys utefter en teori om universalism och en världssystemanalys. Något som krävt mycket och noggrann läsning. Mitt resultat pekar på en relativt ineffektiv stadga med starka regionala värderingar och stort fokus på kontinentens historia av kolonialism och de koloniala arven detta gett.

Visst kan det vara intressant, men handen på hjärtat, det är väl inte det som den typiske charterturisten söker. Den typiske charterturisten efterfrågar väl att i lugn och ro kunna ägna sig åt de aktiviteter som främst utmärker denna resenär, det vill säga att supa och sola? Emellertid kan människor tänka på olika saker, en del tänker kanske just supa och sola, medan andra tänker avkoppling när charter kommer på tal.

The purpose of this thesis is to compare if a charter company's attitude and vision of service can be reconciled with the attitudes and visions that the customers have in the same area. In order to carry out the study a qualitative approach is used. The data has been collected by interviews, focus groups and observations. The framework is theories on the subject of customer satisfaction, quality of service at customer meetings, Self-Service technologies, quality assurance and gap in service.The study has concluded that the approach to service is relatively equal between the company and customers, but the future visions differ. Focus group participants have been thinking bigger and further into the future, while the company focuses more on specific functions.
